Ta-Da!

After a two week blog absence, I return with good news. I've sewn something! Not only just sewn something, but completed something.

This jacket is custom made for a fellow collector who will use it for a doll based on Lyra from Golden Compass. I'm so excited to have finished a project finally, and one that is one of my best works, in my opinion.
The fabric is a smooth polyester suede, trimmed with acrylic/polyester shirt pile fur, lined in cotton flannel, and has leather lacing loops and buttons.

In other Gomunk Creations news, I received my inventory back from my grandmother. Unfortunately nothing sold, but that's okay. I've relisted everything in my Etsy.com store again, and there are still some items I need to make listings for.
I won't be able to get back to my sewing desk until at least Wednesday, and I'm hoping this sewing bug I've got will last more than these past two days.

----------------------------
Until next time...

Great job, Jeni!! You really need to think about sewing some people sized things too! I would die for a coat like that!!
